Abstract

Retroperitoneal vascular injuries occur during lumbar disc surgery even rare due to passing beyond the anterior ligament. We present the case who developed this rare complication and appeared with a clinical manifestation such as a complicated acute arterial occlusion because of the inappropriate hemostasis approach.
