Abstract

In accordance with the increase in cardiovascular interventions, the incidence vascular complications have also increased. We present a case that developed migrated intracaval guidewire during hemodialysis cathater insertion and the guidewire was removed by transluminal approach. A double-lumen hemodialysis cathater was inserted from the femoral vein under local anesthesia. Then the migrated guidewire in the inferior vena cava lumen was realized. This guidewire was removed by using percutaneous technique uneventfully.
